Networking: Let's tear down the fences and borders! Freedom of movement for all!

This year's BUKO wants to provide a space for exchange and discussion of activists and supporters of those being affected by the global racist border regime, for those who are engaged fighting the omnipresent racism and those who want to support others in their struggles. We want to ask which influences the modified European border regime has on migration and what we can do against these reactionary structures. We are meeting NoBorder-groups and activists from France, Germany, Serbia and Mali, but how can we support them and how a transnational and transidentitarian networking is possible despite different initial conditions? We want to discuss, exchange ideas, develop alternatives and learn from the inputs of the congress with all activists, groups and interested people who want to work together against the global border regime in excess of the congress Our strongest weapon is transnational solidarity and networking. On this note: Let's tear down the fences and borders! Freedom of Movement for all!

Der diesjährige BUKO-Kongress soll eine Plattform zum Austausch und Vernetzung von Aktivistinnen und Unterstützerinnen bieten, die vom globalen rassistischen Grenzregime betroffen sind, sich mit dem allgegenwärtigen Rassismus kritisch beschäftigen und diese bekämpfen wollen oder andere in ihren Kämpfen gegen diese unterstützen wollen. Wir fragen uns bei, welche Auswirkungen das veränderte europäische Grenzregime auf Migration hat und was wir gegen die reaktionären Strukturen tun können. Wir treffen auf No-Border-Gruppen und Aktivist_innen aus unterschiedlichen Ländern und hören von ihren Kämpfen. Doch wie können wir diese unterstützen und wie ist eine transnationale Vernetzung trotz unterschiedlicher Ausgangsbedingungen möglich? Wir wollen uns dazu austauschen und Handlungsalternativen entwickeln. Hier soll Raum für Austausch der anwesenden Gruppen, Aktivist_innen und aller Interessierten sein, die sich über den Kongress hinaus an einer gemeinsamen Zusammenarbeit gegen das globale Grenzregime beteiligen wollen.Unsere stärkste Waffe gegen das globale Grenzregime ist transnationale Solidarität und Vernetzung. In diesem Sinne: Let's tear down the fences and borders! Freedom of Movement for all!
